Q: Are you DBS checked?
A: Yes! All of our staff and entertainers are Enhanced DBS checked, so you know our children are safe in our hands.
Q: Do you have insurance?
A: Yes, we have Public Liability Insurance
Q: Where do you cover?
A: We now have two locations! Based in Leicestershire and Warwickshire, this allows us to cover the majority of the Midlands! Travel charges may apply depending on area. We are also happy to travel outside of these areas for a travel fee.
Q: Do I have to pay for my booking in full right away?
A: No! All that’s required is a non-refundable deposit (starting from £50) to secure your booking, then the rest is due anytime up until one week before your booking.
Q: How far in advance do I need to book?
A: We will always do our best to accommodate your booking, however to save disappointment, we highly recommend booking 3 months in advance.
Q: Should I book a venue for the party or have it at my home?
A: It’s up to you! Our entertainers will travel to wherever you choose. All we recommend is to consider space and weather.
Q: What time will my entertainer arrive to set up?
A: If you’ve booked a 2 hour party, your allocated entertainer will arrive anytime between 15 – 30 minutes (depending on theme) to set up. Giving you plenty of time to relax and welcome your guests as they arrive! If you have booked a 30 minutes – 1 hour character appearance, your entertainer will arrive a few minutes early, already ready, and will give you a call to let you know of their arrival.
Q: Do you provide a speaker and music?
A: We do! All of our entertainers are equipped with everything they need, so you can relax.
Q: Do I need to provide any prizes?
A: No! All of our party packages that include games also include prizes. Taking the stress out of your party planning.
Q: What happens if I need to cancel?
A: We find that children’s birthday parties very rarely need to be cancelled. Therefore, if a case does arise where you unfortunately must cancel the party, although we unfortunately cannot offer refunds, we are more than happy to discuss making rearrangements. Q: I’d like to have my child’s party outside, can you do this?
A: We are more than happy to provide our services outside, however please take into consideration alternative arrangements should bad weather occur, please see our Terms and Conditions for full details.
Q: Should I also book extra activities, such as a bouncy castle or soft play?
A: From experience, especially for 2 hour parties, we do not recommend adding on extra activities. The reason being is these can cause a huge distraction. If you do decide to have a bouncy castle, we ask it is turned off for at least an hour of us entertaining. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further details.
Q: I want to book a party package with you, but I’m worried it won’t be enough?
A: Relax! Our highly trained entertainers have a programme in place for every package, meaning your party will be jam packed with activities to keep the children well entertained throughout the time you have booked.
Q: Will I have to do anything on the day?
A: Our parties are advertised as hassle free, meaning in terms of entertaining, we will take all the stress away, and you can mingle and have a drink with the grown-ups.
